Can you really shrink your stomach so you do not eat as much without surgery? If so how?
No, you have to have sugery, like lapband, to shrink you stomach, or at least section a part of it off. I did see this on tv once, a long time ago, women wore extremely tight corsets (i think thats what it's called, that little vest thing that women wear around their waist) so their waists wouldn't budge. They wore it for years and almost never took it off, except to take a shower. It restricted them from overeating (or eating at all) so they wouldn't gain weight, and they kept their shape. Back to the topic, the only way to "shrink your stomach" is to actually shrink your appetite. If you eat large meals on a regular basis, you have to keep eating that amount of food to feel full. If you decrease the amount of food you eat overtime, like giving the last few bites to the dog, your craving for large amounts will decrease also. The hard part is to start doing it of course.
Yes. When it is empty it is about the size of your fist and when it is full it can be as large as a gallon jug. just limit yourself on you food intake and it will shrink..
yep you sure can though it is very hard your stomach will stratch when you eat alot of food and will usually go back to normal but if youre always overeating it will stretch. if your stomach is stretched and you start eating healthy portions and cut down on foods that bloat you, it will eventually shrink. ab and stomach workout will usually help this to. if your stomach is not stretched at all, they i do not think that it can get any smaller. hope that helped
No your stomach is a set size, and cannot be shrunk further. However it can be expanded by eating too much i.e when you get 'bloated'. So just begin to eat less each day and it may shrink back to its original size.
if ur stomach is bloated yes if you go on a less food diet ur stomach will go back to normal size but that means that you dont start calorie counting you just eat less of what you normally eat. if ur stomach is already normal size then you need to go calorie counting because ur stomach wont go smaller
Dunno, but you can get used to eating less an that feels practically the same. Don't overdo it though because you'll burn calories slower too in the process. Make sure to do exercises that stimulate the calorie-burning process.
Yes you can, you can go on a fasting diet. . . where for a few days you can only intake liquid. . . . A doctor at my office does weight loss and that's what he has the pt do before starting a diet. .
