Can you shrink your stomach with out surgery?I am over weight and find it hard o chnage my eating habits. I get hungry easliy because im overweight. Is there a way to shrink my stomach with out surgery.

well here is two things a way to start eating less is to one try drinking a bottle of water everytime before you eat. it will make you feel more full so you wont eat as much . and water does not do any damage to you and it will help flush out the bad things inside of you. also try to eat more slowly. When people eat more slowly you also fill up more easily. Also when you really suck it up and just try to eat less at each meal (im not saying to stop eating) your stomache will start to shrink in that you wont have to eat as much to be full.

when you don't eat your stomach actually expands. do you ever see starving photos of children with bulged belly's. it's because they're starving. the only way to shrink your stomach is to actually eat.
