Shrink stomach by eating less? Do you think, that if you ate smaller portioned meals eventually your stomach would shrink or you would feel full quicker? Why do people get hungry quicker than others, is that a metabolism issue, so eating less in the hope your stomach would "shrink" is in vain? I know that if for some reason (usually after a big night out) if i spew, I am not hungry at all the next day (no I dont regularly do this) but my stomach is completely empty.
ANSWER ,well, 'shrink' is an incorrect term here. What you can hope for at most would be that it doesn't get bigger as quickly as it does normally, nothing can substitute good exercise. about the hungry bit, there are way too many reasons: genes, depression, etc. And its not how small the meal is and the timing which is ALL that matters, make sure you eat things like carrots, brown bread or anything low cal... I mean it doesn't make sense if you just consume anything carelessly in these proportioned meals. I have no idea about the last thing there, probably the guys into medical stuff here can answer that. And mainly if your goal is to lose weight, dieting can't do it single handedly or atleast not with promising results. ............................
