How to reduce stomach size without gastric bypass?
i dont mean fat i mean the actual stomach. webistes would help but when i serced it they all were about losing fat. i just want to reduce the size so i dont get hungry as much without surgery

1.Eat VERY small amounts of food VERY often. like, say, 100 calories every hour. in a whole day you'd be taking like 1500, which is a normal amount of food, but you will never get to fill your stomach, so after a while it will start to shrink, because it is a stretchy organ. and because you're eating so often, you won't suffer (too much) from hunger. like, if you only ate a slice of bread and you're still hungry, you can live for one hour, right? it's the most annoying thing (i've done it) but it works. at the end of the day you'll feel like you ate a lot because you spend the whole day eating, but you eat little food and your stomach slowly "un-stretches"

2.Lie on your back with your arms at your side. Bend your knees and keep your feet are flat on the floor. Inhale and relax your abdomen. Exhale slowly as you lift your head. Inhale as you lower your head. Shoulder Lifts Here are some really good exercises. It will reduce it and you wont be hungry. If there were a simple plan to not loose fat everybody would know! Head Lifts Use the same procedure as the head lifts, only lift both your head and shoulders off the floor. When you are comfortable with this, progress to the curl-ups. Curl-ups Use the same procedure as with the shoulder lifts. This time reach your arms as you slowly raise your torso to about a 45 degree angle (halfway between your knees and the floor ). If you prefer you can cross your arms on your chest with your hands on your shoulder or you can place your palms on your ears or behind your head. To prevent injury, never pull forward on your neck. Do up to 25 repetitions. Abdominal Crunch These are great for strengthening the abdominal muscles and reducing a protruding stomach. Lie on the floor. Hold your legs at a 90-degree angle with your lower legs parallel to the floor. (You can also place your legs over a bench or a piece of furniture.) With arms at your side (or on shoulders or behind ears as in the curl-ups), inhale slowly as you raise your shoulder off the floor, forcing your chest muscles toward your legs. Pull your hips upward, hold for a second, then exhale slowly and roll down to the starting position. Do up to twenty-five repetitions. Reverse Curl This helps strengthen the lower abdominal muscles and reduce a protruding stomach. Lie on the floor. Bend the knees, place the feet flat on the floor, and place arms at sides. Pull the knees to the chest, raising the hips off the floor; do not let the knees go past the shoulders. Keep your head in a neutral position. Slowly return to starting position. Exhale as you pull your knees toward your chest; inhale as you return to starting position. Repeat until fatigued.

3  Try fasting if you are not diabetic. Give the body a chance to heal by not eating for 24 hrs. There are many good books on the subject.Just drink distilled water then eat a salad after the 24 hrs. is up. No dressing, fresh garlic and lemon juice on a bed of shaved cabbage and carrots and tomatoes. You can do this once a week! It's good for you and will reduce bloating in the stomach. Consult your doctor as well, but if you decide to do it, don't tell anyone and you will avoid alot of negative input. Just do it and trust that you are doing what will make you feel good.

4.Diet + exercise. When your hungry chew a stick of gum. No joke it will destroy your hunger. Also eat 4-5 small meals a day so your metabolism stays up.

5.if you seriously restict what you eat for a while you stomach will shrink
